Aimee Sledge worked for me at NLG/WTH as a Training and Certification Facilitator. During our time together, she was a critical part of the team that implemented a new “University” learning program for NLG. Aimee facilitated the implementation and launch of the required learning management system across multiple locations and encompassing remote users. She was able to orchestrate multiple activities at the same time to deliver a new system and comprehensive program including developing the learning framework, educational content and system training. Aimee learns quickly when facing new problems and analyzes successes and failures for clues to process improvement. She easily learns new industry, company, product, technical knowledge and is able to translate that information into learning programs for the sales and service teams.
